I'd say stick with your normal size if you want the intended oversized fit. I got my usual size for a tee and it was perfectly baggy without being swimming in it.

For the really baggy look I might go one size up but generally, your true size should give you a good oversized vibe without looking sloppy. Depends how oversized you like it though, y'know?
